Drives hospice census growth through referral development and relationship building with skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, physician offices, social workers, and healthcare providers. Provides hospice education, delivers in-services, develops business and marketing plans, analyzes referral patterns and competition, collaborates with clinical teams, and supports seamless care transitions. This field-based role requires strong communication, negotiation, consultative selling, market knowledge, and daily travel within the Chicago area.

Develops and maintains analytics-ready datasets using SQL and dbt, designs dimensional and semantic data models, and implements data quality, documentation, and governance standards. Explores enterprise data across academic, clinical, financial, research, and operational systems.
