Lead audit engagements for captive insurance clients: manage fieldwork and engagement logistics, prepare and review GAAP and SAP financial statements, supervise and develop staff, build client relationships, collaborate with practice leadership, and support business development.

Serve as a strategic FP&A partner to Advisory practice leaders, driving financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and executive reporting. Oversee month-end close and reconciliations, improve financial processes and systems, build dashboards and integrated models, and provide actionable insights to support revenue growth, profitability, and resource planning.

Prepare and review complex tax returns, perform tax compliance and projections, respond to notices, prepare tax accruals, mentor staff, communicate with clients, track billable hours, stay current on tax law, and assist with special projects and in-house training.
