Manage partner relationships, create partner-facing collateral, represent Resultant at Databricks and industry events, and align pipeline to partner tier advancement. Partner closely with delivery and solution architecture to ensure deliverable outcomes.

Lead design and delivery of change management strategies for data, technology, and process transformations. Assess readiness, drive sponsorship, communications, training, resistance management, and measurement. Collaborate with project teams and executives, develop OCM methodologies and collateral, and support business development and proposal efforts.

Administer and secure the Microsoft 365 tenant (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), manage Intune/Endpoint Manager for device lifecycle and compliance, implement governance, security, and compliance controls, collaborate with development teams on SharePoint solutions, and support platform operations for ~4,000 users.

The Systems Administrator will support clients by managing data security, internal systems, and providing exceptional client support. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, implementing remote access systems, and maintaining client documentation.
