Serve as a strategic advisor to partner companies: lead discovery, design and implement scalable GTM and revenue strategies, translate business goals into HubSpot-enabled solutions, monitor partner health, optimize outcomes, and collaborate with GTM Engineers and cross-functional teams to execute and evolve RevPartners playbooks and incorporate AI where beneficial.

Translate GTM strategy into scalable technical solutions using HubSpot, Clay, and the GTM tech stack. Design and implement CRM architecture, automations, integrations, data flows, enrichment, segmentation, routing, and scoring. Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while contributing to technical standards and reusable frameworks to improve revenue operations and partner outcomes.

Partner with clients to design and execute data-driven revenue operations strategies on HubSpot. Analyze processes across marketing, sales, and service, identify gaps, prioritize revenue plays, lead project delivery, drive KPI-driven optimization, and manage stakeholder change to produce measurable revenue impact.
