Owns the operational customer lifecycle for managed services accounts, coordinating onboarding, communications, renewals, satisfaction, client health, service adoption, records, and cross-functional follow-through. The role maintains accurate CRM and PSA data, tracks contracts and commitments, identifies risks and opportunities, supports retention, and ensures clients receive consistent communication. It does not perform technical work, own technology strategy, or directly sell solutions.
