Develop and deliver training for employees and agencies in insurance operations. Collaborate with teams to assess training needs, create content, and track progress. Ensure training compliance with regulations and update materials as needed.

The Staff Counsel will manage litigation processes, ensure compliance with legal procedures, and support ethical practices within the team. Responsibilities include training staff, preparing legal documents, and representing the company in hearings. This role requires extensive knowledge of Florida laws and litigation procedures.

Lead and support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes; prepare and analyze GAAP and statutory (NAIC) financial statements; support regulatory filings and reinsurance accounting; strengthen internal controls; coordinate audit readiness; and partner cross-functionally to resolve accounting issues.

Analyze homeowners insurance product performance using large datasets to inform pricing, underwriting, reserving, and reinsurance. Build and maintain reports, conduct market and competitive analysis, document business requirements, and present data-driven recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders to improve profitability and product outcomes.

Maintain and improve automated build, release, and deployment pipelines across environments. Execute and validate deployments, troubleshoot failures, manage artifacts and versions, and collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and security to ensure reliable, compliant CI/CD and release processes.
