Own the early customer journey from pre-installation through initial onboarding and activation. Coordinate install readiness, run structured onboarding, monitor early usage, intervene for at-risk customers, align partners/installers, track activation metrics, and provide feedback to Product and Enablement to reduce early churn and scale activation processes.

Source, onboard, activate, and retain creators across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and podcasts; run creator advisory sessions; manage campaign activations and content calendars; moderate and expand community channels (Discord, Reddit, Facebook Groups); track KPIs and surface creator/community insights to Product and Marketing.

Design intuitive, engaging UX/UI for consumer, gaming, and enterprise sports products. Create wireframes, interaction concepts, and high-fidelity screens in Figma; collaborate with international teams and engineers; test implemented designs and deliver work in an agile environment.

Own and optimize paid acquisition across Meta and Google, build audience segmentation and attribution models, manage marketing systems (Pardot/Iterable/Zapier), partner on SEO and lifecycle handoffs, and use AI to accelerate reporting, personalization, and creative/testing to drive customer acquisition and conversion.
