Lead enterprise-scale, multi-year programs across product lines and regions. Develop integrated roadmaps, schedules, cost models, and risk frameworks. Oversee full program lifecycle from capture through sustainment and closeout. Align executives and stakeholders, drive cross-functional coordination, ensure regulatory compliance and fiscal accountability, mentor senior project managers, and influence PMO governance.

Prepare cost estimates for new and existing parts by analyzing materials, components, manufacturing processes, and supplier quotes. Build cost models, identify cost drivers, support cost negotiations, advise engineers on design trade-offs, and collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to support design-to-cost and cost-reduction initiatives.

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in manufacturing areas by performing janitorial duties, including trash removal and cleaning restrooms.

Participate in systems engineering for vehicle products: define and decompose user needs into system/subsystem requirements, establish architecture and CONOPS, manage requirements and traceability, support verification/validation, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support program schedules and budgets.

Lead and develop an applications IT team, define strategy and budgets, manage ERP (preferably JDE) and integrations, partner with business leaders, drive process improvement, ensure compliance, and optimize technology operations to support manufacturing and aftermarket value streams.
