Lead HR for a <300-employee union manufacturing plant: manage recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, labor relations and grievance processes, administer collective bargaining agreements, advise managers on employment law, partner with HR Centers of Excellence, and train/coach leaders.

Partner with business leaders to deliver strategic and operational HR support: employee relations, performance management, talent planning, workforce and succession planning, organizational design, change management, investigations, and HR program delivery. Use workforce data to inform decisions, support compensation/benefits/talent acquisition with HR Centers of Excellence, mentor junior HR staff, and drive culture and continuous improvement for salaried and hourly manufacturing teams.
