Supervise cargo office staff and assign work while overseeing air cargo shipping, documentation, compliance, customer service, freight charges, and import/export processes. Accept cargo and dangerous goods under TSA, FAA, IATA, CBP, and airline requirements; coordinate documents and manifests; train employees; resolve discrepancies; and maintain safety and security standards. Requires flexible scheduling, physical lifting, airport-environment awareness, and radio communication.

Manage full HR lifecycle for assigned station including recruiting, new hire processing, benefits enrollment, records maintenance, compliance, employee relations, badging/airport security coordination, and occasional payroll/administrative support. Serve as primary HR contact and represent the company at job fairs and community recruiting events.

Provide general clerical and office support including scheduling, document preparation, communication handling, record keeping, meeting/event coordination, travel booking, and vendor liaison. Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, compliance with company and airport procedures, complete required training, and work flexible hours to support 24/7 airport operations. Spanish fluency required.

Coordinate and deliver station safety and training programs, perform safety audits and investigations, maintain injury/liability records, ensure OSHA compliance, and support policy development and statistical reporting.

Lead KPI validation, monitoring, and reporting for cargo operations to ensure real-time visibility and drive continuous improvement. Produce actionable daily/weekly/monthly reports, analyze operational trends and delay causes, validate scan compliance, track ramp and departure performance, and serve as a backup for data/reporting leadership while collaborating with stakeholders to improve processes and mitigate operational risk.
