Administer health and welfare benefits, open enrollment, payroll reconciliations, vendor relationships, ACA and Form 5500 compliance, COBRA, HIPAA, 401(k), and leave cases including FMLA, ADA, USERRA, and disability programs. Maintain accurate HRIS and vendor data, resolve escalated issues, document procedures, support communications, and implement operational improvements.

Lead and support flight attendants at a base to ensure operational excellence, safety, and on-time performance. Coach and counsel crew, coordinate with airport and internal teams, handle administrative duties (cost control, investigations, reporting), maintain FA qualifications, represent the company, and develop crew performance, engagement, and growth.
