Manage media relations and secure coverage for B2B and B2C clients. Draft pitches, bylines, and other client deliverables; develop creative PR and social media ideas; advise clients on relevant news and trends; mentor junior team members; and support new business research and media analysis.

Support PR team to execute client programs: produce status reports and briefing materials, secure media opportunities, conduct media research, draft pitches and client communications, and contribute creative ideas in client and team meetings.

Lead community management and social listening across multiple client accounts: respond to comments/DMs/reviews, monitor sentiment and trends, manage escalation and crisis monitoring, produce reporting and insights, refine processes, and collaborate with strategists and content teams to turn community insights into social strategy. Weekend/after-hours rotation and occasional travel required.
