The Knowledge Management Attorney develops and maintains legal knowledge resources, model documents, forms, databases, and practice-area content for Insurance, Intellectual Property, Privacy, and Cyber groups. The role leads KM strategy, legal technology and AI adoption, innovation projects, training, onboarding, knowledge succession, and organizational change. It also provides legal research and practice support, tracks trends, curates attorney contributions, manages confidential information, and partners across the firm to improve operational efficiency and knowledge-sharing.

Supports federal, state, and local tax compliance by preparing tax returns, filings, estimates, workpapers, and balance sheet analyses. Reviews tax-related invoices, property tax forms, and third-party tax returns; manages fixed asset reviews and supports budgeting, tax planning, process improvement, and internal controls. The role responds to inquiries from partners, tax authorities, and internal teams while maintaining confidentiality and data accuracy.

The Docketing Analyst manages domestic and international trademark docket portfolios, monitors deadlines, processes USPTO and foreign agency correspondence, maintains docket databases and electronic files, and supports IP attorneys and staff. Responsibilities include audits, mass data updates, document processing, reporting, and resolving complex docketing issues while ensuring compliance, accuracy, confidentiality, and timely workflow completion.

Conduct complex pricing and financial analyses, develop competitive pricing structures, model profitability impacts, assess market and competitor trends, and create dynamic pricing tools and dashboards. Present strategic insights to firm leadership and collaborate with attorneys, marketing, and business development teams. Translates HR business needs into system solutions, leads testing, troubleshoots issues, monitors data quality, and partners with stakeholders and IT to improve processes and user experience.

Reviews and analyzes title and survey documents for commercial multifamily real estate loans, including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac transactions. Maintains knowledge of commercial real estate lending guidelines, supports attorneys with paralegal duties, monitors loan closing deadlines, manages official files, tracks billable time, and prioritizes multiple assignments. Requires strong organizational, analytical, writing, communication, and teamwork skills, with at least ten years of commercial real estate transaction experience focused on title and survey.

Supports patent prosecution matters by preparing and filing U.S. and foreign application documents, managing Information Disclosure Statements, drafting prosecution documents, monitoring docket deadlines, maintaining client portfolios, communicating with clients and foreign associates, researching patent procedures, and managing records and billing information. The role requires accurate, independent work across multiple patent families and jurisdictions while following detailed client and firm procedures.

Develops and edits private equity thought leadership, market reports, client alerts, articles, proposals, newsletters, and promotional content. Collaborates with attorneys and business development teams to research industry trends, maintain matter descriptions, support pitches and award nominations, and ensure accurate, client-friendly content across digital channels. Requires strong legal or private equity knowledge, exceptional writing skills, strategic judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Provides quality control for U.S. and international patent docket deadlines, maintains docket portfolios and databases, reviews USPTO and foreign patent documents, and generates reports. Supports docketing policies, procedures, training materials, portfolio transfers, and specialist coverage. Advises attorneys and staff on docket-related issues while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with statutory requirements. Requires strong knowledge of domestic and foreign patent matters, excellent proofreading and communication skills, and the ability to manage high-volume work independently.
