Manage mechanical engineering projects across the product lifecycle: develop project plans, provide technical oversight, interface with customers, report status, resolve issues, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement and process best practices.

Coordinate project activities, schedules, budgets, and training logistics for the HADES portfolio. Liaise with stakeholders, monitor progress, maintain documentation, support training events, and assist the Program Manager in removing roadblocks and reporting status.

Perform analyses and simulations, create and execute test plans, prepare technical documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet performance, quality, and regulatory standards.

Provide test planning, execution, and V&V for aerospace and defense systems across component and system levels. Develop test plans/procedures, execute tests using industry tools, document results, and improve test processes throughout product lifecycle while working on multidisciplinary teams supporting ISR, aviation, and space systems.

A paid fellowship for active-duty service members to gain on-the-job aerospace/defense engineering experience. Work with multi-disciplinary design and development teams on system design, integration, requirements management, and technical trade studies to support ISR, aviation, and security solutions.

Coordinate project activities, schedules, resources, and stakeholders for a six-month military fellowship. Track progress, prepare budgets and reports, manage risks and issues, and communicate status while supporting the Program Manager and maintaining project documentation.

Manage product configuration using PLM systems for aerospace and defense products. Prepare and verify product structures, parts, and BoMs; ensure compliance with customer, company, and industry standards; audit configuration management system usage; coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, and program teams. Support transition fellows in on-the-job training during a six-month SkillBridge fellowship.
