Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot electrical/electronic systems and circuit card assemblies for aerospace/defense platforms. Create technical designs, test plans, and documentation; participate in design reviews, collaborate with cross-functional teams, validate systems, and mentor junior engineers.

Support fellowship participants by managing projects within ISR/Aviation/Security business area. Plan, track, and execute project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and risks; use MS Office and PM tools; collaborate with teams and stakeholders; work independently in fast-paced, regulated defense environment while meeting program requirements and clearance constraints.

Lead multidisciplinary teams to manage aerospace systems integration projects from concept through certification and delivery. Oversee scope, schedule, budget, risk mitigation, verification/validation and airworthiness documentation, and act as technical lead for customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Lead design, development, and testing of RF/E3 systems for aerospace/defense. Perform E3/EMI analyses, co-site and HEMP analysis, create E3IAR, EMICP, EMITP/EMITR, support TEMPEST, and ensure MIL-STD-464/461 compliance while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Serve as subject-matter liaison for aircraft mechanical systems (ECS, water/waste, control and structures). Provide troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, engineering dispositions, and test support across production, integration, ground and flight tests. Interpret drawings, AMMs, ICDs and requirements, coordinate cross-functional resolution, document corrective actions, and mentor junior engineers while supporting continuous improvement.

Provide dedicated, high-level IT support to executive leadership: install/configure hardware and software, troubleshoot devices and video conferencing, escalate complex issues, maintain security and confidentiality, document procedures, train executives, and assist implementing new executive technologies.
