Supervise AR team handling high-volume invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and compliance for government and commercial contracts. Oversee billing, month-end close, audit readiness (DCMA/DCAA), reporting, process documentation, contract setup/closeout, and stakeholder coordination. Own billing execution for assigned Aerospace & Defense programs: prepare and submit complex invoices (Cost, T&M, FFP, progress/milestone), validate costs for FAR/CAS compliance, maintain audit‑ready records, support AR and collections, partner with Contracts/PM/Pricing, and support DCAA/DCMA audits using Deltek Costpoint or comparable ERP.

Lead design, develop, test, and integrate complex software for defense/aerospace applications as part of an Agile team. Ensure architecture, documentation, performance, and standards are met while delivering Android-focused capabilities to field operators.

Participate in a military fellowship performing systems engineering tasks: research, architect, model, simulate, test, certify and improve ISR/aviation systems. Develop complex system architectures using modeling platforms, manage requirements, lead system-level ownership through design, simulation, verification and validation throughout the product lifecycle.

Designs and executes test plans for aircraft, ISR payloads, and integrated systems. Develops procedures, conducts Verification & Validation (V&V), documents results, troubleshoots hardware/software, and improves test processes across product lifecycles using industry test tools and certification practices.
