Six-month fellowship for active-duty service members (SkillBridge-eligible) to gain hands-on logistics experience supporting aviation ISR programs. Responsibilities include inventory and supply chain support, using inventory/maintenance and shipping databases, basic data entry (Word/Excel), and adherence to HazMat, forklift, and shipping procedures while preparing for civilian transition.

Participate in a DoD SkillBridge fellowship developing subcontract specifications, preparing bid packages, evaluating proposals, negotiating subcontract terms, administering FFP and T&M subcontracts across the contract lifecycle, selecting subcontractors, and monitoring subcontractor performance for ISR, Aviation, and Security programs.

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex engineering projects; provide technical guidance; manage stakeholders, risks, and issues; mentor junior engineers; optimize processes; support multi-disciplinary system design, requirements management, and integration within aerospace and defense environments.

Manage product configuration using PLM systems for aerospace and defense products. Prepare and verify product structures, parts, and BoMs; ensure compliance with customer, company, and industry standards; audit configuration management system usage; coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, and program teams. Support transition fellows in on-the-job training during a six-month SkillBridge fellowship.

Lead systems engineering for RF/EW capabilities on military platforms. Drive requirements engineering, MBSE, systems integration, V&V, architecture development, technical risk management, mentorship, and program-level deliverables.

Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for prototype products and systems. Lead installation, testing, validation, diagnose and resolve defects, develop corrective actions with engineers, produce technical documentation, assess customer needs, deliver demonstrations and training, mentor junior engineers, and drive process improvements.

Lead development and execution of system, subsystem, and component test plans for aerospace/defense mission equipment. Perform test data analysis, root-cause identification, documentation, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with requirements and industry standards.

Lead design, development, testing, and validation of electrical/electronic systems for aerospace and defense projects. Oversee circuit card assemblies, wiring design, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and integration. Participate in design reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to engineering process improvements while ensuring compliance with EWIS, FMEA, SSA, and industry standards.

Support and manage small to simple projects from proposal through closeout. Develop and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables; track milestones and performance; coordinate resources and stakeholders; prepare reports; and adapt to frequent changes. Serve as an introduction to people management and may act as Control Account Manager on larger programs.

Lead a supply chain team of buyers, subcontract specialists, and category leads to meet production schedules and delivery milestones. Coordinate with executives and program managers, prepare capital and equipment requests, drive procurement system improvements, implement complex supply chain projects, set and report KPIs, and provide departmental leadership to support DoD and commercial programs.
