Lead design, development, testing, and validation of electrical/electronic systems for aerospace/defense applications. Provide technical direction, troubleshoot circuits, develop test plans, run design reviews, mentor engineers, and ensure compliance with EWIS, FMEA, and system safety requirements.

Participate in a six-month fellowship to support manufacturing engineering for aerospace and defense products. Lead business development for the iDS portfolio (Vindler RF satellites and Intel Lakehouse): identify opportunities, execute capture strategies, engage IC and commercial customers, manage BD team, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and deliver pipeline, forecasts, and win strategies.

Lead development and management of subcontract specifications, bid packages, proposal evaluations, and negotiations. Administer FFP/T&M (and complex CPFF/CPIF) subcontracts, monitor subcontractor performance, maintain records, select subcontractors, ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align subcontract activities with program goals.

Lead development and optimization of CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments. Automate provisioning/configuration, containerize applications, manage Kubernetes platforms, monitor system reliability, collaborate with Dev/QA/product teams, and drive continuous improvement and release engineering best practices in an Agile team.

Manage and analyze complex project financial data, prepare budgets, cost proposals and forecasts, perform variance and what-if analyses, maintain financial models, ensure contract cost/schedule baselines, and present findings to stakeholders while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Manage end-to-end proposal development for government and commercial customers: plan, organize, and execute IDIQ and task order proposals; lead Proposal Center staff; ensure RFP compliance, quality, pricing volumes (WBS/BOE), reviews, and submissions; participate in capture strategy; supervise hiring, training, and performance; maintain proposal processes and timelines. Requires ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance.
