Serve as the primary electrical liaison supporting production, testing and continuous improvement of aircraft electronic systems. Troubleshoot design discrepancies, interpret wiring diagrams and schematics, implement drawing/PLM updates using CAD tools, generate dispositions for non-conformances, advise design teams during review, and collaborate with technicians and quality engineers.

Lead and mentor electrical engineering team for aircraft modification, avionics integration, design verification, testing, and certification. Oversee schematics, wiring, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, configuration management, and cross-discipline integration from concept to field deployment.

Lead complex mechanical engineering projects for ISR and aviation systems. Provide technical guidance, perform analyses and simulations, mentor junior engineers, prepare technical documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure design, performance, and certification requirements are met.

Lead program-level quality activities for ISR/aviation systems: participate in reviews and risk assessments, provide quality input to design and program plans, coordinate resources to meet milestones, mentor junior engineers, lead improvement projects, solve complex quality issues, ensure regulatory and standards compliance, and integrate quality across cross-functional teams.

Lead systems engineering activities including requirements engineering, systems integration, V&V, and MBSE. Oversee technical planning, risk management, architecture/design development, and lifecycle management. Manage major project deliverables, mentor team members, and provide leadership and cross-team collaboration to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Support GRC activities to build and maintain CMMC 2.0 and DFARS compliance programs: perform gap analyses, prepare for assessments, translate NIST/DFARS/CMMC requirements into guidance, support contract and supply chain compliance, and collect continuous monitoring data.

Hands-on electrical/electronics engineer supporting production, testing, and continuous improvement of avionics and electronic payloads. Serve as primary technical liaison on aircraft assembly, troubleshoot electrical designs, interpret schematics and wiring diagrams, apply CAD updates, generate dispositions for non-conformances, participate in design reviews, and advise remote design and production teams to ensure airworthiness and production continuity.
