Manage complex accounts receivable and contract billing (cost, T&M, firm fixed price, progress/milestone invoices). Design, test, and implement secure operating systems, networks, and security monitoring. Manage IT security systems, incident response, digital forensics, eDiscovery, and loss prevention. Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments, develop and implement security controls, and research and introduce new security tools and technologies aligned with enterprise IT security strategy.

Lead design and deployment of secure automation, infrastructure security, and CI/CD pipelines. Remediate vulnerabilities, support incident response, embed security across development and production, mentor engineers, and drive security strategy and documentation for DevSecOps environments in a defense/aerospace context.
