Lead program-level supply chain activities for large/complex aerospace and defense programs: supervise SCPM/SCPC staff, develop supply chain strategies and sourcing/negotiation plans, manage cost/schedule/technical performance using EVM and ERP/MRP tools, coordinate supplier SOW/SDRLs, mitigate supply risks, support proposals and make/buy assessments, and ensure compliance with procurement/regulatory requirements.
