Lead development and execution of test plans for aircraft mission systems and avionics. Conduct ground, qualification, and flight testing, operate RF/electronic test equipment, support integration and anomaly resolution, participate in reviews, and mentor junior engineers to ensure compliance and performance to requirements.

Lead design, development, testing, and integration of aerospace electrical/electronic systems and circuit card assemblies. Oversee wiring design, validation, troubleshooting, and documentation. Participate in design reviews, mentor junior engineers, ensure regulatory compliance (EWIS, FMEA/SSA), and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Travel up to 10% and support continuous engineering process improvements.
