Serve as technical lead for DFM/DFA on NPI programs, architect production process flows and tooling, validate fixtures, drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions, mentor junior engineers, and lead continuous improvement to enable scalable, repeatable ISR production.

Lead preparation and coordination of proposal responses for aerospace and defense RFPs. Manage proposal schedules, conduct compliance reviews, gather content from SMEs, support proposal themes and pricing inputs, participate in reviews, and ensure accurate, standards-compliant technical documentation for multidiscipline teams.

Design, develop, test, and debug software components for aerospace ISR and aviation systems; write documentation; perform code reviews; support hardware-software integration; contribute to requirements and specifications.

Lead supply chain program management for large, complex defense programs: supervise teams, develop supply chain strategies, manage cost/schedule using EVM, mitigate supplier risks, support proposals (BOE/SSOW/SDRL), and ensure compliance with DoD/A&D requirements.

Manage multiple or large projects across all phases from proposal through closeout. Assemble and lead cross-functional teams, develop schedules, budgets, and deliverables, track performance against milestones and budgets, communicate status to stakeholders, prepare reports, and adapt to changing requirements to ensure timely completion.

Perform intermediate systems integration including requirements analysis and management, lead V&V for components/subsystems, manage hardware/software integration, support configuration management, develop and execute test plans, manage AbMN Systems Integration Laboratory schedule/logistics/personnel, and support test equipment development and harness fabrication.
