Sell middleware, connectivity, and interoperability solutions to hospitals, health systems, and labs. Develop regional sales strategy, manage complex enterprise sales cycles, engage technical and clinical stakeholders, deliver technical demos with pre-sales, negotiate contracts, maintain CRM pipeline, coordinate implementations, and represent the company at industry events.

Troubleshoot network incidents, maintain IP/CIDR allocations, configure ExpressRoute and VPNs, support Palo Alto firewalls and Citrix NetScaler, create technical documentation and diagrams, collaborate with operations/security/vendors, and participate in on-call support and continuous improvement of cloud networking.

Manage and administer variable pay programs for regional and global areas; serve as primary contact for inquiries; develop internal controls and audit processes; analyze compensation data and reporting; partner with Americas and Global Compensation, HR Operations, and IT to implement Workday and Snowflake solutions; support process improvements and project delivery.
