Administer Panera’s executive compensation and long-term incentive programs, including grants, vesting, transactions, tax reporting, participant support, governance, Board materials, documentation, audits, and compliance. The role partners with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, HR Technology, executives, and business leaders while improving controls, processes, accuracy, confidentiality, and participant experience.

Develop and execute strategic internal communications and employee engagement campaigns through visual storytelling. Create executive communications, intranet content, newsletters, videos, motion graphics, photography, presentations, infographics, digital signage, and event materials. Partner with executives, HR, and business leaders to communicate priorities, culture, values, and change initiatives. Manage video production from concept through post-production, maintain brand consistency, and measure communication effectiveness using analytics and employee feedback.

An 18-month rotational leadership program for upcoming graduates. Participants rotate across business functions, support strategic initiatives, analyze data, develop recommendations, improve processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The program includes mentorship, networking, leadership exposure, and professional development. Candidates must be graduating by June 2027, start in July 2027, work in the Greater Boston area, and meet onsite requirements at Panera’s support center.

Ten-week summer internship embedded within a Panera Support Center team. Interns contribute to business priorities, collaborate cross-functionally, develop recommendations and insights, participate in leadership development, and complete an executive-sponsored case study presented to senior leaders. Opportunities may span marketing, supply chain, operations, transformation, finance, and analytics.

Provides advanced administrative support to two executive leaders and senior vice presidents. Manages complex calendars, domestic and international travel, meetings, expenses, communications, presentations, and confidential information. Coordinates events, facilities, audiovisual resources, and administrative projects while exercising independent judgment. Supports budgets, data compilation, invoices, office supplies, and executive inquiries, serving as an ambassador for company culture.

Develops and deploys targeted email, SMS, mobile push, and app campaigns using marketing technology. Responsibilities include audience segmentation, creative coordination, QA, testing, rewards and offer deployment, campaign tagging, performance reporting, and optimization through personalization and A/B testing. The role partners with data teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders while managing multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Owns end-to-end supply chain performance for assigned product categories, including inventory, capacity, product transitions, promotions, and limited-time offers. Develops supply plans, manages supplier and distribution partner performance, monitors KPIs, mitigates disruptions, and drives continuous improvement. Partners cross-functionally with sourcing, culinary, quality, category management, and operations while communicating supply risks and recommendations to senior leadership.

Lead strategy and execution for Panera's digital and loyalty analytics, translating customer data into commercial growth, running experiments and incrementality tests, querying large datasets (SQL), optimizing CDP and tracking, and managing a small analytics team to drive CLV, retention, and EBITDA impact.

Write complex SQL to extract and validate loyalty and transaction data, measure CRM campaign performance, run A/B test analyses, build and maintain Power BI dashboards, and perform customer segmentation and behavioral analyses to inform loyalty and digital strategy.

Lead sensory and consumer research to drive food and beverage innovation. Design and execute qualitative and quantitative studies, manage sensory testing, translate guest insights into product and menu recommendations, and partner with Culinary, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to influence strategy and shape an insight-driven product pipeline.
