The VP of Business Development will lead sales strategy for corporate liquidity solutions, build relationships with senior decision-makers, and support growth in traditional and digital asset liquidity solutions.

Manage planning and execution of assigned live, virtual and hybrid events, sponsorships and charitable initiatives. Own project timelines, logistics, vendors, budgets, attendee management and event communications. Lead validation and advancement of quantitative portfolio construction and tax-aware investing capabilities. Independently validate optimizations, improve tax-alpha and tax-loss harvesting methods, design risk/performance diagnostics, integrate Aladdin/Barra checks, analyze account-level portfolio drivers, and develop scalable analytics and tooling to support research and monitoring.

Monitor and resolve pre-trade compliance alerts and post-trade exceptions, apply SEC and client guidelines, prepare regulatory reports, onboard new accounts and set compliance rules, improve controls and processes, and coordinate with trading, portfolio management, operations, and global support teams to ensure compliant trading activity.

Drive sales growth for OSAM Canvas in the Midwest and Northwest by raising assets, demonstrating deep direct/custom indexing expertise, partnering with Franklin Templeton sales teams, selling to financial advisors across channels, and collaborating with client service, portfolio management, operations, tech, and relationship teams. Travel frequently for advisor meetings and presentations.

Perform fund administration and oversight for sub-advised mutual funds, including monitoring third-party service providers, reconciliations, cash management, trade execution, accounting close, audit coordination, reporting and client inquiries. Drive controls, risk management, and process improvements while collaborating with investment teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely delivery of fund data.

Prepare complex federal, state, and multi-state individual returns and partnership (Form 1065) returns for high-net-worth clients. Maintain tax workpapers, analyze investment reporting and K-1s, perform tax research, manage deadlines and client communications, prepare estimates/extensions, assist with notices/amended returns, and support gift tax and private foundation filings as assigned.

Prepare federal, state, and local individual income tax returns for high-net-worth clients; maintain workpapers; use CCH Scan/AutoFlow and CCH Axcess Tax; communicate routine document requests; prepare estimates, extensions, and payment vouchers; assist with notices, amended returns, gift/partnership/private foundation filings as assigned; track deadlines and support tax compliance and process-improvement projects.

Design and implement production-grade multi-agent LLM systems and agent workflows for advisor-facing tools. Build distributed, observable services (model serving, vector DBs, RAG) with memory/state management, validation, and compliance. Partner with product and engineering to optimize for latency, cost, and reliability, and establish evaluation frameworks to ensure grounded, auditable AI-driven insights for portfolio and advisor workflows.
