Develop roadmaps for sourcing, cost, capacity, quality, manufacturing, and lifecycle management. Lead obsolescence planning, product changes, supply continuity, technology transitions, and issue resolution. Leads the strategy, design, delivery, administration, and measurement of leadership development programs for regional sales directors and area vice presidents. Partners with Sales, HR, Marketing, and other stakeholders to identify capability gaps, create blended learning curricula, facilitate executive-level programs, support onboarding and succession planning, manage vendors and budgets, and measure behavioral and business impact. The role is fully remote with travel up to 25%.
