Support FP&A for Anaheim Ducks, San Diego Gulls, and foundation by building and maintaining complex financial models, producing monthly reporting and variance analysis, preparing forecasts and budgets, delivering ad-hoc analysis and executive presentations, driving reporting automation, and supporting league and strategic planning requirements.

Lead enterprise strategy and operations for the OCVIBE district, translating long-term vision into measurable execution. Own performance management, OKR/QBR frameworks, executive operating rhythm, portfolio governance, resource alignment, risk scenario planning, and cross-functional integration. Advise the CEO, drive AI-driven process improvements, and institutionalize accountability across business units.
