Provides administrative and account service support to the Employee Benefits Department. Responsibilities include preparing carrier marketing materials, proposals, insurance comparisons, benefit presentations, and open enrollment meetings; maintaining accurate files; supporting client and carrier relationships; managing multiple accounts; and staying current on health insurance, HIPAA, ACA, and regulatory requirements.

Serve as primary contact for assigned employee benefits accounts, advising on medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverages; prepare and evaluate carrier proposals; coordinate enrollments and meetings; respond to complex client questions and manage relationships with clients and carriers.

Manage commercial lines client relationships and serve as primary account contact. Handle renewals, applications, endorsements, audits, carrier negotiations, proposals, documentation, and identify cross-sell opportunities. May mentor junior staff.

Serve as primary client contact for commercial lines accounts, managing renewals, policy documentation, underwriting negotiations, and proposals. Support sales by identifying coverage opportunities, cultivating referrals, and mentoring junior staff while maintaining detailed transaction records and ensuring accuracy.

Manage assigned employee benefits accounts, perform financial analysis and renewals, negotiate with carriers, prepare marketing and benefit exhibits, coach account managers, ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, ACA), and pursue retention and new business opportunities.
