Supports ERP and business systems across manufacturing and supply chain operations. Partners with stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, document processes, improve workflows, resolve system issues, coordinate testing and deployments, support reporting, and provide training. The role requires hands-on ERP knowledge, SQL, system integration awareness, and familiarity with manufacturing processes such as MRP, production planning, inventory, procurement, and order management. Frequent travel to Monett is required.

Administer and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, routing, switching, DNS/DHCP, Wi-Fi, and Cato Cloud environments. Support VMware ESXi/vCenter infrastructure, servers, storage, backups, and maintenance windows. Develop and customize Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2 applications using OAF, PL/SQL, APEX, Reports, XML Publisher, and Workflow Builder. Build third-party integrations, Web ADI solutions, and data migration processes. Provide application support, testing, performance tuning, documentation, and user training. Collaborate with functional teams, diagnose issues, communicate technical concepts, and mentor junior developers across Oracle modules including asset management, order management, purchasing, inventory, and install base.

Design and build scalable AI-enabled enterprise applications across backend, frontend, cloud, data, and AI layers. Develop generative AI and RAG solutions, write production code, build prototypes and APIs, review code, guide engineering teams, and establish architecture and engineering best practices. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders while supporting Azure cloud architecture, NoSQL data models, CI/CD automation, security, reliability, observability, and responsible AI practices.

Supports and configures manufacturing-focused ERP and MES systems, troubleshoots production issues, manages SQL queries and stored procedures, and develops workflows, scripts, integrations, dashboards, and reports. Coordinates technical issues with development teams, supports upgrades and testing, maintains system documentation, and promotes governance standards. Requires frequent travel to Monett.

Designs, implements, maintains, and optimizes Microsoft-centric on-premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure. Responsibilities include server, storage, virtualization, identity, endpoint, backup, disaster recovery, security, capacity management, monitoring, troubleshooting, automation with PowerShell, audits, vendor coordination, documentation, on-call support, and mentoring junior engineers.

Supports a finance transformation project migrating planning processes from Vena to SAP Analytics Cloud Planning. Partners with Finance stakeholders, analyzes requirements and financial data, builds and validates SAC data models, planning structures, reports, and templates, performs reconciliations and data quality checks, documents rules and data flows, and supports testing, troubleshooting, and post-implementation updates.

Develop and maintain Epicor ERP customizations, BPMs, dashboards, integrations, SSRS reports, and .NET applications. Support Epicor upgrades, patches, migrations, performance, data integrity, security, and tier-2/3 issues. Translate business requirements into technical solutions, document development practices, and collaborate with IT leadership, business stakeholders, vendors, and consultants across manufacturing, finance, and operations.

Leads full-lifecycle Oracle EBS on-premise module implementation projects from planning and requirements through deployment, user adoption, and post-go-live stabilization. Manages scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, stakeholder expectations, communication, organizational challenges, and change management while aligning business users, IT teams, executives, and board-level stakeholders.

Leads enterprise systems infrastructure across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments, including identity, servers, virtualization, endpoints, collaboration services, backup, disaster recovery, monitoring, patching, and modernization. Manages and develops infrastructure staff, oversees vendors and support contracts, coordinates incident escalation, supports audits and compliance, and partners with global IT, networking, security, and services teams. Establishes roadmaps for reliability, automation, lifecycle management, and secure system operations.
