Evaluates credit, income, employment, assets, property, and other financial documents to determine eligibility. Develops executive dashboards, analyzes financial and operational drivers, identifies risks and opportunities, and provides actionable insights to senior leaders. Designs, develops, tests, deploys, and supports cloud-native applications across UI, APIs, data platforms, infrastructure, CI/CD, and production operations. Builds REST and GraphQL integrations, applies secure engineering practices, uses AI-assisted development tools, contributes to automated testing and observability, participates in incident response and on-call rotations, and owns features through the software development lifecycle. Collaborates across product and engineering teams while mentoring Associate Builders.

Optimize HR systems and processes, drive HRIS implementations, workforce planning, and change management. Build a high-performing HR operations and Total Rewards team and deliver metrics and insights to support growth.

Support Team Relations Specialists by handling HR administration, conducting interviews, drafting disciplinary and separation documents, managing unemployment claims and ADA/FMLA inquiries, assisting investigations, and covering for specialists as needed to support ~1,000+ team members.
