The role requires expertise in SSDs, storage systems, computer architecture, Windows or Linux server environments, scripting, PCIe/NVMe protocols, performance measurement, and OCP Datacenter NVMe specifications.

Debugs data center SSD failures across host, transport, firmware, and media layers. Leads root-cause analysis, cross-functional issue resolution, reproducible testing, corrective actions, performance optimization, and lab replication. Develops debug firmware in C, analyzes telemetry and system logs, prepares 8D failure reports, communicates findings to customers, and creates technical documentation. Requires extensive SSD firmware, NVMe, PCIe, server storage, and debugging expertise, with domestic and international travel as needed.

Manages SSD debug engineering for data center products, leading customer and internal issue triage, failure reproduction, root-cause analysis, and resolution. Builds and develops a high-performing debug team, coordinates with product development and support teams, manages bug-tracking activities, and represents issues in customer meetings and technical forums. Produces 8D failure-analysis reports and technical white papers while driving multiple stakeholders toward timely, customer-acceptable solutions.

Supports customer joint qualification testing for SSD products. Responsibilities include executing tests, documenting and improving test processes, organizing and reviewing results and logs, and automating tests when appropriate. The role requires an engineering degree, basic storage technology knowledge, strong communication and teamwork skills, and familiarity with Python, Java, or shell scripting. Linux knowledge is beneficial.

Supports customer qualification of datacenter SSD products by developing and executing test plans, managing qualification infrastructure, troubleshooting platforms, triaging failures, driving issue resolution, tracking bugs, and preparing status reports. The role coordinates with Product Support Engineering, customers, and product development stakeholders to ensure qualification activities remain aligned and on schedule.

Creates 3D motion graphics, animations, videos, product demos, advertisements, educational content, and technology-focused storytelling for B2B and B2C marketing. Develops concepts, storyboards, edits footage, and manages post-production including color correction, sound design, audio editing, and voiceovers. Collaborates with marketing, sales, design, copywriters, production companies, freelancers, and vendors while managing multiple deadlines. Supports tradeshow and on-location filming with occasional travel.

Manage and grow KIOXIA’s hyperscale and datacenter accounts, negotiate quarterly business awards, and execute strategic account development plans. Position Memory and SSD products in collaboration with SSD and NAND business units, while developing relationships with sourcing, engineering, and storage architecture stakeholders. The role requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, remote account management, and travel within the United States and Asia.
