Drive prospective student outreach and enrollment for the flight school by managing leads, conducting interviews, collecting documents, supporting CRM data accuracy, running social and email marketing efforts, attending events, and producing analysis to meet monthly enrollment goals.

Manage all program functions for the AMT program: recruit and supervise faculty, oversee curriculum and schedules, support student success and retention, manage equipment and budgets, participate in curriculum review, and teach courses as needed.
