Manage and oversee a Defense Innovation Unit contract, including performance, quality assurance, deliverables, staffing, client relationships, risks, schedules, and costs. Lead a large multidisciplinary team supporting defense innovation and enterprise functions, ensure compliance with government requirements, provide technical and process leadership, and communicate with senior government stakeholders. The Performance Metrics Analyst designs and analyzes performance indicators, assists government personnel, and provides recommendations for program effectiveness in supporting the DoW's mission against drug trafficking.
