Prepare and import customer data into mailing software to create presorted business mail, follow USPS regulations, produce postage estimates and postage statements, maintain internal documentation, coordinate with production departments and USPS, and complete presort jobs accurately.

Oversee design, administration, and compliance of employee benefits programs (health, retirement, wellness). Negotiate with carriers/vendors, manage open enrollment and leave administration, support employees on claims/eligibility, lead benefits communications, monitor industry trends, and assist with 401(k) and compliance audits.

Provide clerical and administrative support for day-to-day department operations. Perform tasks independently under supervision, manage inventory control, process and analyze information, maintain confidentiality, and use MS Office and Adobe Acrobat. Prioritize work, communicate across levels, and assist with facility navigation and light lifting as needed.

Lead day-to-day HR operations including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, performance management, benefits administration, employee relations, investigations, training, and compliance with employment laws. Partner with business leaders on talent strategy, retention, succession planning, and internal communications.

Produce design work across short- and long-term projects, collaborate with senior designers and teams, manage approvals, ensure quality, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining current design trends.
