Supports daily HR and workplace safety operations at a manufacturing plant. Responsibilities include maintaining personnel records, assisting with recruiting and onboarding, supporting payroll and employee training, coordinating engagement events and communications, managing the local Facebook page, maintaining safety records, assisting with incident investigations, supporting safety committees, and helping ensure OSHA and regulatory compliance.

Manage trading card projects from planning through delivery, coordinating timelines, tasks, production schedules, inventory, approvals, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Track progress, risks, documentation, and status updates while ensuring materials, artwork, packaging, and data are accurate and delivered on time. The role also supports process improvements and operational efficiency in office, warehouse, and production environments.

Manage client print projects from specifications through delivery, coordinating estimating, prepress, pressroom, bindery, fulfillment, and other production teams. Maintain client relationships, resolve issues, monitor timelines and quality, document changes for billing, and identify opportunities to expand accounts through additional print and fulfillment services.

Lead HR functions for the business unit: talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance with employment laws, training and development, disciplinary actions, and OSHA support. Serve as liaison to corporate and partner with leaders on workforce strategy.
