Lead complex SPARC fusion engineering projects from inception through completion. Develop and manage engineering, procurement, and construction plans; coordinate cross-functional teams; track cost, schedule, risks, milestones, and deliverables; resolve conflicts; improve project processes; and communicate progress to stakeholders. Collaborates with physicists, manufacturing experts, and engineers to improve test repeatability, efficiency, and data quality while supporting demanding R&D milestones.

Develop mechanical CAD designs and software workflows using Siemens NX and Teamcenter data. Build Python and NXOpen automation tools, integrate CAD geometry and parameters with scientific analysis and control systems, support engineering release workflows, and ensure compliance with CAD, GD&T, and ASME standards. The role requires collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and occasional travel, nights, weekends, or on-call work.

Performs board-level bring-up, debugging, and validation of high-power RF electronics and embedded controllers. Operates RF transmitters and high-voltage systems, integrates hardware with software controls, designs FAT fixtures, develops automated test environments and procedures, and trains technicians. Requires extensive hands-on experience with high-power RF, high voltage, energy storage, analog and digital circuits, C++, Python, RF design tools, and EMI/EMC mitigation.

Supervise warehouse, dock, material handling, inventory, shipping, and receiving operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Oversee equipment and rigging activities, inbound deliveries, material distribution, ERP transactions, inventory accuracy, quality quarantines, safety compliance, staffing, training, scheduling, and performance management. Lead 5S and continuous improvement initiatives, optimize warehouse space and material flow, track operational metrics, and ensure production deadlines are met.

Coordinates the talent acquisition process by scheduling interviews, arranging candidate travel, hosting onsite interviewees, supporting sourcing, facilitating intake and debrief meetings, and maintaining Lever ATS data and reporting. The role is fully onsite in Milpitas and requires strong organization, communication, customer service, multitasking, and safety awareness in an industrial environment.

Provides on-site HR business partnering for manufacturing, engineering, and operational teams. Supports employee relations, manager coaching, investigations, workforce planning, onboarding, leaves, accommodations, performance management, engagement, compensation cycles, organizational changes, and employee lifecycle processes. Partners with senior HR business partners and leaders while maintaining accurate documentation, confidentiality, and equitable support across shifts in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.

Leads direct procurement, supply planning, supplier quality, strategic sourcing, supplier development, and supply chain project management across fusion-energy projects. Manages and develops the supply chain organization, owns executive supplier relationships, ensures cost, quality, and delivery performance, resolves escalated issues, improves sourcing and purchasing processes, reports project risks, and leads business transformation initiatives.
