Lead accounting advisory engagements involving financial reporting, SEC filings, operational accounting, accounting standard implementation, and complex transactions. Advise clients, communicate findings, oversee project planning and administration, manage budgets and billing, and mentor team members. Develop compliant AI-enabled client solutions and internal processes while collaborating with firm and client teams. Own finance workstreams, standalone cost models, TSAs, operating models, Day 1 readiness, legal entity and technology separations, migrations, and PMO execution. Advise on complex transactions such as IPOs, carve-outs, divestitures, and business combinations. Communicate findings and recommendations to clients, collaborate with internal teams, support business development, and responsibly implement approved AI-enabled solutions. Travel may reach 30%.

Lead financial due diligence engagements for private equity firms, corporate acquirers, and lenders across buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions. Oversee Quality of Earnings, Net Working Capital, Net Debt, cash flow, and financial analyses; manage client relationships, teams, quality control, engagement economics, and executive-level reporting. Advise on deal strategy and transaction mechanics, review SPA and APA documentation, mentor staff, support business development, and advance technology-enabled diligence approaches.

Perform financial due diligence for private equity and M&A transactions, including quality of earnings, working capital, cash flow, net debt, and financial statement analysis. Prepare Excel analyses and PowerPoint presentations, collaborate with executives and clients, manage multiple engagements, use analytics tools to identify trends, support compliant AI-enabled solutions, and mentor junior team members.

Performs buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for private equity firms, corporate acquirers, and lenders. Analyzes quality of earnings, working capital, cash flows, net debt, financial statements, and key metrics.
