The Technical Project Manager ensures the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, manages client expectations, coordinates internal teams, addresses risks, and implements process improvements.

Lead and deliver complex enterprise digital projects end-to-end. Manage sprints, risks, dependencies, stakeholders and budgets, review designs and user stories, and ensure alignment of technical deliverables to business goals.

Lead and grow the Product Globalization team, own feature intake, discovery, PRD/FSD standards, and UAT incident triage. Partner with engineering and account teams to translate client needs into technical solutions, drive process excellence, and support adoption through demos, training, and documentation.

Design end-to-end digital product experiences: create flows, wireframes, prototypes, IA, personas, journey maps, and usability tests. Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering, apply accessibility and design best practices, and deliver high-fidelity visual and motion assets for multiple devices.

Partner with product managers, stakeholders and clients to gather, document and decompose technical and functional requirements into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria. Create artefacts (process flows, gap analyses, traceability matrices), support UAT, update user guides, and collaborate across teams to manage dependencies and influence technical solutions.

The Principal Engineer leads technical direction and architecture for large-scale systems, ensures engineering excellence, manages platform health, and mentors team members.
