Design and scale real-time security data pipelines: stream processing, log parsing/enrichment, schema normalization (OCSF/ECS), and cloud data lakehouse optimization, integrating LLMs to accelerate pipeline development and query optimization for threat hunting and security operations.

Provide senior-level cybersecurity architecture and strategic advisory to INSCOM ACO, assess cyber and SIGINT capabilities, identify gaps, develop modernization strategies, integrate policies and emerging technologies, and brief senior government stakeholders to advance secure capability delivery and enterprise readiness. On-site at Fort Meade supporting DoD/IC acquisition and mission partners.

Provide all-source intelligence analysis focused on SCADA/ICS/OT and critical infrastructure. Fuse technical cyber data and traditional reporting to assess adversary capabilities, identify vulnerabilities, support indications and warning, and produce actionable intelligence for DoD and national security audiences. Brief senior leadership and collaborate with cyber and intelligence teams to enhance situational awareness and operational readiness.

Serve as senior technical lead integrating cybersecurity and supply chain risk management into Army acquisition programs. Assess C-SCRM risks, develop mitigation strategies, align policies and architectures with operational priorities, produce executive decision support, and collaborate across Army, NSA, ARCYBER, and mission partners to enable secure capability delivery.

Fill multiple senior technical roles to consolidate and migrate two legacy mission-critical data systems into a single cloud-based shared data platform. Positions include data architects, data engineers, DBAs, software developers, DevOps/test engineers, UI/UX, ISSOs, program managers, scrum masters, and business analysts supporting a customer at Redstone Arsenal.

Analyze and fuse cyber and all-source intelligence to produce decision-grade threat assessments. Research network events, TTPs of nation-state actors, and impacts to DoD/US networks. Develop technical solutions, improve fusion and visualization capabilities, and brief senior leaders to inform operational decisions.

Lead and oversee multi-agency 24x7x365 cybersecurity event monitoring and intermediate threat analysis teams. Manage personnel, processes, finances, schedules, and deliverables; support recruiting, retention, technical planning, customer briefings, and risk-informed program recommendations. Serve as senior consultant and potential proposal lead for IC programs.
