Design and validate navigation system architectures and product configurations for commercial and defense customers. Translate customer requirements into hardware/software solutions, lead POCs, provide technical authority and mentorship, run technical workshops, collaborate with sales/product/engineering, and feed market requirements into the product roadmap while ensuring ITAR/EAR compliance.

Lead and build Advanced Navigation's Americas engineering organization, owning product portfolio, roadmap, hiring, and delivery. Integrate regional PNT and classified requirements, establish secure modular architectures, champion AI-augmented engineering practices, and coordinate cross-functional and global teams to scale field-deployed navigation and autonomy products.

Qualify inbound defense leads, generate and manage RFQ/RFI responses and quotes, route technical questions, run outbound prospecting for trade shows, and maintain accurate Salesforce CRM data to drive pipeline growth for Defense Americas.
