The Case Manager supports transition-aged youth by providing advocacy, case management, and community resources to promote independent living and mental health stability.

Manage facilities, safety, and front-desk operations for a Joint Commission-accredited nonprofit. Supervise facilities and front desk staff, coordinate vendors and Alameda County, maintain safety/compliance records and training, lead emergency preparedness, update policies (HIPAA, infection control), oversee budgets and projects, and ensure a welcoming, secure environment for clients and staff.
