Manage test developers, review content for accuracy, accessibility, fairness, and grade appropriateness, coordinate field testing and research, support scoring and rater training materials, maintain test databases and documentation, and ensure quality-control and test-security procedures. Supervise staff, manage timelines and stakeholder collaboration, oversee audio recording production, and contribute to hiring and performance management.

Assembles and formats print and digital English language assessments using Adobe InDesign templates, style guides, accessibility standards, and print specifications. Performs detailed quality control reviews, verifies screen-reader accessibility, maintains test item databases and revision histories, supports mock administrations, and assists with test assembly procedures and documentation. The role requires close collaboration across teams, strict confidentiality, strong organization, and accurate work under firm production deadlines.
