Own reliable billing, usage, and contract data pipelines; build dbt transformations, data models, semantic datasets, and finance reporting infrastructure. Own end-to-end presentation design and systems, creating high-impact decks and templates across Google Slides, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Figma. Translate complex technical ideas into clear visual narratives, partner with executives and cross-functional teams, build scalable templates and governance, and prototype tooling/automation with Design Engineering to streamline presentation workflows for high-visibility events and everyday use.

Design, implement, and maintain observability features: large-scale data ingestion/storage/processing, visualization tools, frontend integrations, reliability via testing, and collaborate across product, design, and infrastructure while engaging with open-source communities and user feedback.

Manage and maintain compliance with security and privacy frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI DSS). Coordinate audits, drive remediation, improve controls and evidence management, support security questionnaires for deal cycles, and design compliance training while partnering across teams to integrate controls into the SDLC.

Build and operate trust and safety systems protecting Vercel developers and projects from abuse at internet scale. Analyze threat actor behavior and abuse patterns, develop LLM-driven detection and prevention techniques, create production-ready mitigations, and maintain datasets, tools, and evaluation pipelines. Collaborate with security, product, and infrastructure teams to move research into scalable production systems.

Own the strategy, roadmap, pricing, packaging, metrics, and launches for Vercel’s observability products, including logs, tracing, drains, and telemetry integrations. Partner with engineering, design, enterprise customers, sales, solutions, finance, and marketing to improve debugging and monitoring experiences, define native versus integrated capabilities, and drive adoption and expansion.

The role involves leading Vercel's Product Strategy & Operations, owning business rhythms, establishing frameworks for product launches, and partnering with various teams to enhance processes and data analysis.

Own and grow a portfolio of existing Vercel customers by driving renewals, expansions, and retention. Develop account plans, generate pipeline from usage signals and research, run end-to-end sales cycles, mitigate customer risk, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver technical and business outcomes.
