The Senior Financial Management Analyst supports financial reconciliation, reporting, and compliance within DoW/DoD systems, ensuring audit readiness and data integrity.

Configure and support SAP S/4HANA finance and logistics modules; translate business requirements into functional designs; lead Fit-to-Standard workshops; develop FDDs and RICEFW specs; support data migration, testing (unit/SIT/UAT), integrations with technical teams, production support, and Agile deployments to modernize DoD financial and logistics processes.

Design and maintain Alteryx workflows, analyze large datasets, build reports and dashboards, ensure data quality, automate processes, support SAP data integration and migration, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver analytics and reporting solutions.

Lead SAP FI/CO and Funds Management business-process reengineering and configuration for a DoD JTMS ERP modernization. Ensure federal funds control, budget execution, compliance with DoW FMR/USSGL/SFIS, auditability, integration with logistics and acquisitions, and support testing, data validation, and stakeholder engagement.

Provide systems architecture and MBSE support for JTMS ERP modernization: model As-Is/To-Be architectures, ensure traceability, govern integration across SAP S/4HANA, transport, finance, cybersecurity, and DevSecOps, identify risks, and lead technical teams to support deployment and sustainment.

Lead SAP GTS functional design and implementation for trade compliance within an ERP modernization program. Drive business process reengineering, configure GTS modules (compliance, embargo checks, sanctioned party screening), ensure S/4HANA integrations, lead data migration and master data governance, support testing and RICE-W development, and provide subject-matter expertise on export controls (ITAR/EAR) while guiding junior analysts and stakeholders.

Develop, maintain, and support COBOL applications on mainframe systems. Design, code, test, debug, and troubleshoot programs, collaborate with teams to gather requirements, ensure code quality, and document technical specifications and processes.

The Senior Developer will use Mainframe IDMS and COBOL skills to design, develop, and modify software systems while ensuring software standards are met.

Lead migration of legacy COBOL systems to Java-based microservices and develop scalable, secure full-stack solutions on Azure. Build RESTful APIs, optimize performance, ensure DoD cybersecurity compliance, collaborate across teams, document architectures, and participate in Agile ceremonies.

Support FIAR audit readiness by preparing process maps and narratives, evaluating and testing internal controls, partnering with auditors, developing test plans, analyzing financial and operational processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to close findings and implement sustainable improvements aligned with Department of War financial standards.
