The Senior Director, Executive Strategy & Initiatives leads the LIV strategy, manages cross-organizational projects, and builds a high-performing team to amplify the Principal's impact.

Leads program strategy operations, strategic planning, budgeting, meeting rhythms, workflow coordination, process improvement, and cross-entity collaboration. Maintains CRM data and organizational systems, supports contracts and trainings, coordinates stakeholder communications, and shapes team culture. Manages recruitment, onboarding, priorities, engagement, and feedback for Program Associates while supporting senior leadership and special projects.
