Lead strategy and P&L for The Honest Company's Amazon 1P business. Drive annual operating plans, JBPs, pricing, promotions, retail media, forecasting, and cross-functional execution. Own vendor relationships, trade negotiations, analytics, and promotional execution to grow profitable sales, market share, and brand presence on Amazon.

Lead FP&A for Operating Units: execute budgets and forecasts focused on topline and marketing spend; analyze results to identify drivers, risks, and opportunities; ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and compliance; partner with commercial teams to inform pricing, investments, and improve financial capabilities across the business.

Partner with operating units to lead budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A. Provide driver-based analysis, optimize revenue/margin/marketing spend, ensure reporting accuracy and governance, support commercial decisions, and improve financial processes and literacy.
