Lead the design and delivery of OKX’s U.S. derivatives trading technology stack. Responsibilities include defining architecture, selecting clearing FCMs and technology vendors, making build-versus-buy decisions, integrating OMS, risk, margin, funding, KYC, and market-access systems, and managing exchange certification and production readiness. The role also owns monitoring, incident response, disaster recovery, vendor diligence, SLAs, reconciliation, risk controls, and recruitment of the U.S. trading-technology team.

Lead design and scaling of Compliance & Ethics programs (anti-bribery, investigations, COI, eComms surveillance). Own eComms tooling onboarding, monitoring, intake/triage, investigations, governance reporting, and team development. Drive automation/AI adoption, manage policy and control builds, and escalate/resolution of material compliance issues across the organization.

Build talent maps and evergreen communities, engage passive candidates, conduct initial screens, provide market intelligence, track sourcing metrics, and advise hiring stakeholders. The role also supports employer branding, recruiting events, and regional hiring strategies in a fast-moving crypto environment.

Support month-end close, reconciliations, revenue recognition, allocations, accruals, intercompany transactions, and financial reporting. Strengthen internal controls, automate reporting and analytics, collaborate cross-functionally on financial priorities, and monitor regulatory and tax changes across the Americas. Provide analysis and reporting for management, regulatory filings, and audits.

Lead product growth marketing for OKX across Northeast Asia, driving acquisition, activation, trading activity, retention, revenue, and adoption of priority crypto products. Develop market-specific GTM strategies, analyze user funnels and competitors, optimize digital growth channels and incentives, segment users, establish KPIs, and represent regional user needs to Product teams. Collaborate cross-functionally while accounting for local regulatory requirements and building scalable growth playbooks.

The Sr Data Scientist, Risk will analyze fraud patterns, utilize machine learning techniques, develop models, and collaborate with teams to mitigate fraud in crypto trading.

Lead and optimize affiliate and influencer partnerships to acquire trading users in Southeast Asia. Develop and scale affiliate campaigns and networks, analyze user behavior and KPIs using analytics tools, and implement data-driven strategies to improve conversion and performance.

The Director of Lifecycle Marketing will define and execute the US engagement strategy using AI, leading cross-functional teams while focusing on user behavior and lifecycle stages.

Owns OKX’s global customer complaints program within Compliance. Oversees complaints governance, quality assurance, regulatory alignment, second-line oversight, trend analysis, root-cause remediation, executive reporting, and regulatory responses across jurisdictions. Partners with Legal, Compliance, Support, Product, Operations, Risk, and senior stakeholders to improve customer outcomes, address systemic issues, maintain controls, and track remediation through closure.
