Leads Oklo’s corporate Strategy function, including enterprise strategy, strategic planning, portfolio decisions, executive and Board advising, and high-impact initiatives. Builds and manages the Strategy team, establishes analytical and planning standards, evaluates partnerships, acquisitions, capital initiatives, and new ventures, and coordinates strategic execution across functions and business units. The role requires substantial executive judgment, commercial and financial expertise, cross-functional leadership, and significant travel to headquarters and selected engagements.

Coordinate Engineering, Legal, Procurement, Finance, and leadership stakeholders while developing new collaboration opportunities related to spent nuclear fuel recycling and pyroprocessing. The role requires technical fluency, contract and funding awareness, strong project controls, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a regulated, ambiguous startup environment.

The Senior Accountant will manage journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly and quarterly close activities. Responsibilities include analyzing general ledger activity, preparing schedules and variance analyses, supporting SEC and audit reporting, maintaining SOX controls, resolving discrepancies, and improving accounting processes. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and proficiency in NetSuite, FloQast, and Excel.

Owns the mechanical design, analysis, code compliance, fabrication, testing, installation, and operational support of high-temperature process piping, pressure vessels, and pressure boundaries for a nuclear fuel recycling facility. Responsibilities include stress, thermal, fatigue, creep, buckling, materials, and seismic analyses; supplier and fabrication oversight; quality and inspection requirements; system interfaces; commissioning support; and mentoring engineers.

Leads operations engineering for a nuclear fuel recycling facility across design, construction, commissioning, startup, and ramp-up. Develops operating concepts, design requirements, procedures, training, testing, maintenance, staffing, and readiness plans. Reviews process and control documentation, evaluates operability and human factors, coordinates multidisciplinary teams, manages design actions, and establishes turnover and operational-readiness criteria. Requires extensive complex-process-facility experience and strong leadership, communication, and technical writing skills.

Leads cross-functional engineering programs for Oklo’s nuclear fuel recycling facility. Defines scope, milestones, work plans, dependencies, risks, acceptance criteria, and verification methods while coordinating engineering, safety, regulatory, procurement, and deployment teams. Facilitates technical reviews, tracks decisions and blockers, communicates status to stakeholders, and adapts plans based on empirical learning. Requires technical fluency, engineered hardware delivery experience, strong communication, and program execution skills in complex, safety-conscious environments.

Provides executive and administrative support to the General Counsel and Legal team, including calendar management, scheduling, travel, meeting logistics, documents, knowledge management, outside counsel billing, budgeting, accruals, onboarding, and team events. The role requires discretion, strong organization, technical proficiency, communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage confidential information in a fast-paced startup environment.
