Oversee the end-to-end design process and collaborate with engineering teams to create a gamified ecosystem for over 100 million users.

Lead design and implementation of measurement frameworks and internal analytics tools to quantify creator-driven commercial conversion. Audit historical content data, define success criteria with cross-functional teams, run experiments, synthesize insights for leadership, and recommend third-party or proprietary solutions to empower real-time, data-informed creative decisions.

The role involves developing creative concepts for brand partnerships in main channel videos, ensuring quality, alignment with partner goals, and maintaining consistency across projects.

Lead Beast Industries' external communications, executive visibility, and social reputation strategy. Advise CEO and leaders, build governance and crisis frameworks, implement social listening and sentiment systems, oversee editorial and reputation response, manage agencies, partner cross-functionally, and mentor communications talent to strengthen brand trust and scale communications capabilities.
