Senior People Partner to lead global culture and engagement while serving as primary People Partner for the US. Own engagement programmes, internal communications, reward and recognition, and drive values-led culture. Coach managers, handle complex employee relations cases, ensure legal compliance, improve organisational effectiveness, and partner on performance cycles and development planning. Act as Atlanta office lead (3-4 days/week) to deliver strong in-person employee experience and connect global initiatives with local execution.

Lead U.S. legal and regulatory matters: negotiate commercial contracts, advise on sales-based financing and privacy, support product and commercial teams, manage a small legal team, own legal operations and corporate governance, create playbooks/templates, oversee privacy compliance and international launches, and drive legal training and process improvements.

Lead US legal matters: draft and negotiate commercial contracts, advise on state and federal regulation (sales-based financing, privacy), respond to regulatory complaints, support product and marketing, manage external counsel, oversee corporate filings and privacy compliance, and improve legal operations and knowledge management.
