Senior People Partner to lead global culture and engagement while serving as primary People Partner for the US. Own engagement programmes, internal communications, reward and recognition, and drive values-led culture. Coach managers, handle complex employee relations cases, ensure legal compliance, improve organisational effectiveness, and partner on performance cycles and development planning. Act as Atlanta office lead (3-4 days/week) to deliver strong in-person employee experience and connect global initiatives with local execution.

Serve as primary contact for existing merchant customers via calls, email and live chat. Own escalations to resolution, troubleshoot payment queries, perform admin tasks, gather and share customer feedback, collaborate cross-functionally to improve journeys, and use Salesforce/Zendesk to manage cases.
