Develop and maintain aerothermal environment databases across the vehicle flight envelope by running high-enthalpy CFD, applying engineering heating correlations, fusing multi-fidelity data (CFD, test, flight), and delivering validated environment products that drive TPS sizing, structures, and trajectory constraints. Build automation, tooling, and data infrastructure to support database generation and downstream users.

Design and iterate tooling for thermal protection system (TPS) manufacturing, including molds, mandrels, and fixtures; produce CAD, drawings, and fabrication packages; collaborate with materials engineers, technicians, vendors, and machine shop to fabricate, test, and improve tooling for high-temperature and delicate composite processes.
